People tend to get very prickly and defensive when talking about training. This is something we’re all supposed to take deadly seriously. And anything less than total 100% commitment to a program, is frowned upon.

To me, this just kills my buzz. I think training should be about expressing yourself, moving your body, cutting loose, and generally having fun.

With so many people treating training literally like medicine, it’s easy to forget that it actually should be really enjoyable.

In this video, I explain why I think more people should simply lean into the JOY of training. And I express exactly what training means to me.
